EZ Sander 42

This is the smallest core size (1-5/8" (42mm)) in a new range of top-quality Manpa sanding accessories. It consists of three replaceable slotted brushes and 60 grit sandpaper easily fitted to the central aluminum core. The brushes and sandpaper are specially designed for:

The brushes have five slotted segments, (a.k.a fingers or teeth), and the sandpaper has six. This neat little assembly is then secured to the MP21-29 Manpa Keyless Chuck which is tightened onto the MP21-12 Extension Shaft. With the components secured to your electric/battery power drill, this miniature and flexible EZ sander allows for rapid power sanding on nearly all wood surfaces.

SAFETY FIRST THINGS YOU MUST KNOW

Sandpaper and Brush Rotation should be the same as the tool rotation with maximum RPM of 2500.
Use clockwise rotation only.
Always use two hands, one on the drill and the other on the extension to control sanding.
