Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is for orders with items that weigh under 50.01 lbs. (real or cubic) and is to non remote locations only, free shipping may not apply to customers located in certain areas of NL, Nunavut, NWT or Yukon, some island locations as well as any other destination requiring ocean or air freight service in any province or territory or to locations deemed to be a remote location by Canada Post or the other common carriers that we use.

The actual weight of the items ordered will be shown at checkout.

* Additional shipping charges apply if the weight exceeds 50 lbs. (real or cubic). In that case, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to give you the shipping cost.

Free shipping is always via ground and is based on our choice of common carrier.

Clearance items do not qualify for free shipping.

On orders where items that do not qualify for free shipping are ordered along with items that do qualify you will pay only the portion of the shipping for the non-qualified items.

We will confirm the actual shipping cost and method on all orders prior to shipping if the cost does not match the costs that is generated at checkout.

Basic insurance provided by the common carrier who delivers your item is included in the quoted shipping cost, If additional insurance is required it will be at the customers expense.

Please note: in most cases, a signature is required upon receipt of a package.

Please be advised that if an order is returned to us unclaimed, a refund will be issued minus a restocking and return shipping fee. The amount of this fee will be determined at the time of processing and may vary depending on the specifics of the shipment.

Free Shipping is available for on line orders only. Orders placed by phone or in person may be subject to shipping charges.
