Spindle Moulder/Shaper Fence “230“
The “230” fence will accept cutter blocks up to 230 mm dia. The smooth inside profile of the fence ensures optimum dust extraction. The outfeed fence plate is easily adjustable to compensate for any stock removal which reduces the overall width of the workpiece. Together with the MULTI-fine adjustment feature, the “230” fence is a highly engineered piece of equipment. It is quick to set up and it facilitates making accurate fine adjustments. Max. tool Ø 230 mm, max. tool height over table 100 mm, Ø of extraction fitting 120 mm, “BG-dust tested“. The outfeed fence plate can be adjusted with a handwheel according to a scale –5 to +25 mm.

Quick spindle exchange system
The unlimited application of your new machine is further improved by the ability to completely remove and replace the spindle in a matter of seconds. This allows you to remove the spindle along with its tooling and replace it with spindles of varying diameter. This includes an optional 15,000 rpm high speed router spindle.

MULTI fine adjustment
The MULTI-adjustment system allows quick adjustment of the moulder fencer. This time-saving feature reduces setup time and the number of test cuts that are required. The whole fence can also be removed and then returned to its exact position. Its quicker with the MULTI-fine adjustment system!

Power Drive for spindle height
The fully electrical “Power-Drive” control offers exact adjustment and repeat accuracy. The shaper spindle height can be adjusted at the turn of a knob, and the fine setting adjustments are carried out to a tenth of a millimeter accuracy using a push button. Red LED digits display the current position in real time on the control panel.

Tenoning Sliding Table
Accurate slots and tenons are much easier with the ¬Felder “X-Roll” sliding table. This precision guiding system will accept maximum loads without compromising the smooth and accurate stroke of the sliding table. The “X”-configuration of the roller bearings optimally distributes workpiece weight to all sides. With conventional sliding tables, ball bearings are used in the guiding system.
