Q3 Platinum T-Series HVLP System Gravity Feed

The Q Platinum™ Series features many new technological advancements. Incorporated into its design is a proprietary Heat Dissipation Box (HDB). The HDB expels excess heat from the turbine resulting in much cooler operating temperatures. Less heat translates to longer motor life for your turbine. Because the hot air is routed to the rear of the turbine and passes through 60 holes the process is silent.

The Q3 Platinum™ system has the added feature of extensive noise-reduction. The Fuji noise reduction method is patented in the USA. Research & Development was conducted by engineering staff at Carleton University in Canada under a partial Government grant program. Noise is reduced by over 50% making this the quietest 3-stage turbine available today. The T-Model Gravity Feed Spray Gun (USA Patented) is a Non-Bleed with a side Pattern Control Knob allows the user to easily adjust the fan pattern. with Stainless Steel Fluid Components. Plus extra features such as an Air Control Valve and a High-Efficiency Air-cap for even less over spray.

The T-Series Gravity Gun now features a 600cc nylon gravity cup and lid. The lid on this nylon cup provides a perfect seal with no gasket required.

The Q3 Platinum™ 3-stage turbine develops approximately 6.5 psi. This system is ideal for Cabinet Makers and Furniture Refinishers. Perfect for any type of fine-finishing.
